Service and authority
Trackfold changes tracking options in connected Xero organisations. You must have authority to connect and modify the organisation and keep your Xero account secure. Use accurate files and inspect every preview before confirming. Do not use the service unlawfully or attempt to access another account.
Preview, confirmation and results
Options offers ARCHIVE, RESTORE and DELETE. Import creates options, renames or changes status from CSV or Excel. A preview writes nothing to Xero. Type the displayed action and count, for example ARCHIVE 37 or IMPORT 12, then Run changes to authorise the listed changes. A job can finish with failed or skipped rows; Download result CSV records the outcome of each row. A row needing review is not automatically repeated.
Deletion and undo
Deleted options cannot be restored. Archive options when you want a reversible change.
Undo restores previous Name and Status for 30 days after completion, provided the option still matches the job result. New options are deleted on undo, or archived if they have been used since. Xero only archives options that have been used; a never-used option can only be deleted. Undo changes starts a free job without a second typed confirmation. If Xero refuses DELETE because an option is in use, the optional archive-if-in-use checkbox authorises archiving instead. It does not apply to other errors. Disconnecting removes undo details.
Limits and availability
Up to 5,000 data rows per file, 4,000,000 UTF-8 bytes and 2,500 changed options per job. Exceeding a limit causes an explicit error; rows are never silently cut off. Xero call limits can pause jobs. We may suspend writes for maintenance or security. Trackfold changes only the organisation you connect, and only after you confirm a job; the flow was checked on Xero’s Demo Company on 29 October 2026. Do not rely on uninterrupted availability.
Plans and billing
One organisation per plan. First 3 changed options free once. $39 for 7 days and 300 changed options; the pass does not renew. Monthly is $19 per month with unlimited changes subject to Xero pacing, excl. VAT/sales tax. Cancel monthly through Manage billing on Plan; access lasts to period end. Failed, skipped, unchanged and undo rows do not count.
Prices exclude VAT and sales tax. Where tax applies, Paddle adds it at checkout and shows the total before you pay. Paddle is seller and merchant of record, subject to its buyer terms. The free allowance does not renew.
Refunds
An unused pass with no changed options since purchase is refundable on request within 7 days. No refund for a partial monthly period that has begun. Mandatory consumer rights and Paddle buyer rights remain. Full policy.
Your data
The privacy policy describes encrypted names and states, token deletion and 12-month row retention. You retain ownership of your data and permit processing needed to provide Trackfold.
Responsibility and law
We take reasonable care but provide the service as available. You remain responsible for reviewing proposed tracking changes. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the service in the preceding 12 months; this does not exclude fraud, deliberate wrongdoing or liability that law does not allow us to limit. Türkiye law and Sakarya courts apply, subject to mandatory consumer protections and rights in your home jurisdiction.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be published with an updated date. If a term is unenforceable, the others remain. Contact support about service issues or account deletion.
