Refund policy

Updated 25 October 2026. A plan counts changed options, not previews. Paddle is the merchant of record and processes refunds.

Unused pass

The $39 pass (excl. VAT/sales tax) is refundable within 7 days of purchase if no tracking option has been changed since purchase. Once used it is not refundable.

Monthly plan

$19 per organisation per month, excl. VAT/sales tax. Cancel with Manage billing on Plan. Access continues to period end. We do not refund part of a monthly period that has begun.

Request a refund

Email support@atesensoftware.com from your purchase address with your Paddle receipt number. Mandatory consumer rights and Paddle buyer rights take precedence where they give you more protection.

What Trackfold does

Tracking options archived, restored, renamed or imported in one reviewed job, with a result CSV and Undo for 30 days.

Who it is for: Bookkeepers and accountants whose Xero tracking categories have filled up with old projects, closed branches or last year’s departments, or who have a new list of options in a spreadsheet.

Three steps

  1. Sign in with Xero

    You sign in on Xero’s own page and choose the organisation. Trackfold never sees your Xero password.

  2. Choose options or upload a file

    Filter and tick options, or upload a CSV or Excel file. The preview shows every before and after.

  3. Type the phrase to run

    Type the phrase shown, such as ARCHIVE 37. Results per row, a result CSV and Undo for 30 days.
